At The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel, we understand the enormity of organising a wake for a loved one, which is why our dedicated and compassionate team will support you through every stage of the planning.
We offer a choice of beautifully appointed function suites to suit your exact requirements. The Grosvenor Suite caters for up to 200 guests, whilst our Belgrave and Westminster Suites provide a more intimate setting for up to 100 guests. We can serve hot and cold buffets or traditional afternoon teas, depending on your preferences. We can also provide a private bar area for you and your guests.
“The food was totally delicious and the staff all attentive and sensitive to the occasion. As there were more people than anticipated, the kitchen and waiting staff had a rush to create extra portions/tables and did so in an unobtrusive and very efficient manner. My mother was 92 and remembered The Grosvenor as a pub owned by friends and therefore had many happy occasions from her youth and so always had a great affection for it. It was a lovely treat for her to come to lunch and all your staff were always so kind with her when she seemed to think they were all personal friends. She had a particular fondness for Maurice and so used to ask to see him and he would always spare time in his very busy schedule to have a word (and a kiss!), which was very nice of him and above and beyond his duties.
