We want to say a massive thank you to you for helping us organise our special day and for making sure everyone knew exactly what we wanted!
We also want to say a huge thank you to Rose. She made sure our day went off without a hitch and went above and beyond what we expected! She knew exactly how to set up our centrepieces and made the room look so beautiful! Nothing was too big of an ask and she catered to our every need! She truly was incredible.
The staff who worked with us in the Grosvenor suite were so lovely also and they seemed more than happy to be there! Every single member of staff that worked our wedding day are a credit to the hotel and we would love it if you could pass this message on to everyone who was involved!! The man behind the bar worked tirelessly and stayed until at least midnight to ensure our day kept going! The Italian waiter was remarkable and genuinely seemed so happy to be working on our day and was very professional! Apologies for not remembering names!
Even with the issue with my room on the Saturday, everyone did everything they could to ensure I enjoyed my stay and believe me I loved every minute of it. We expected the day to be perfect and thanks to you and your fabulous team, it was the best day of our lives. We have made memories we will cherish forever.
